Their expertise covers fire stopping, compartmentation, fire doors, intumescent coatings, and sealant systems, working across both residential and commercial projects.

The Opportunity
We are confidentially seeking an ambitious and experienced leader to head up an established specialist Passive Fire Protection company.
The business is currently trading at around £500k per year and is now ready to scale. This role would ideally suit a Contracts Manager or Senior Operations professional looking to step up into a Managing Director position with full ownership and autonomy.
You will take responsibility for:

Overseeing the full operations of the business

Ownership of P&L, forecasting, and financial performance

Leading and developing a team, with a strong emphasis on quality and compliance

Managing client relationships and driving repeat business
*
Delivering projects end-to-end to the highest standards

Identifying growth opportunities and expanding market share

Proven experience in passive fire protection, fire stopping, or wider construction/fit-out

Strong background in contracts management, operations, or project delivery
