Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern over 5 days. Weekend work is involved.

Don't worry if you don't know anything about cars; we will teach you everything you need to know at one of our national training centres.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Sales Executive with WBAC, you will:
* Model high performance when buying cars and support the Regional Manager in driving performance.
* Provide cover for the Regional Manager if needed and support colleagues to achieve their best.
* Be the main point of contact for customers in your local branch.
* Contact customers, prioritize your diary to achieve appointments, and meet targets.
* Lead customers through the purchase journey, including appraisals, handling documents, and processing payments.
* Assist the Regional Manager in the smooth running of the region and ensure compliance with company procedures.
* Perform Branch Standard checks during visits.
* Identify coaching needs of colleagues and provide constructive feedback.
* Report potential threats to the business to your Divisional Manager.
* Set up diaries/rotas as per company instructions.
* Ensure purchases are completed according to company standards.
* Provide temporary cover within other regions as needed.
* Complete tasks assigned by HR and assist in purchase processes.
