The role: Co-ordinating the onboarding of subcontractors onto our approved subcontractor database, tracking the progress of onboarding requests and communicating progress/issues to stakeholders Collation and storage of subcontractor documents Ensuring the subcontractor details and documents held in the system are kept up to date Ensuring subcontractors’ approval statuses are aligned across Robertson systems Arranging travel for the department and wider business as required Act as the point of contact for any subcontractor onboarding/approval or travel booking-related queries Assisting with the reporting of departmental-related statistics Assisting with the implementation of new initiatives and systems within the department Maintenance of a process handbook for Supply Chain Co-ordinator activities Providing general administrative support for the department (incl. meeting room bookings, printing, document filing, data collection, data entry, and any other tasks as required). Administer budgetary reporting and data associated data capture for the department. Lead on the ongoing management of travel process and system development across the business as key point of contact About you: As a Supply Chain Co-ordinator, you’ll need to be organised, adaptable and have a strong attention to detail. You’ll also be engaging with a wide range of teams across our business and external supply chain, therefore strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills are advantageous.
