* Serve as a point of contact for clients, guiding them through the funeral planning process while collaborating with the wider team.
* Ensure all regulated work, including funeral planning appointments, is referred to certified colleagues.

* A true customer focus and passion for delivering outstanding service.
* The ability to capture intricate details and ensure they are reflected in the service provided.
* Compassion, understanding and empathy, with the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
* A UK manual driving license.
