What you will be doing
* Guiding customers through a professional, pressure‑free retail vehicle buying journey.
* Conducting test drives, explaining finance options (PCP/HP), and supporting the customer end‑to‑end.
* Managing outbound prospecting, leads, and sales campaigns via telephone and email.
* Achieving personal and team vehicle sales targets in a collaborative showroom setting.
* Maintaining accurate CRM database records and ensuring vehicle paperwork is handled efficiently.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer‑facing sales role (automotive, telecoms, property, or high‑value retail). You must be a confident communicator, a positive team player, and hold a Full UK driving license.
Commutable Locations: Based in Haywards Heath, easily accessible from Burgess Hill, Crawley, Horsham, and Brighton.
