The role can be based in any of our northern region offices, including Leeds, Manchester, Warrington, or Newcastle, with hybrid working arrangements.
As a Project Manager, you will ensure the successful delivery of major projects, taking responsibility for all aspects of project delivery. You will work with technical teams, clients, and operational management to deliver design services within a multi-disciplinary design & build environment. Collaboration with industry-leading design teams and client engagement will be key to achieving successful outcomes. About You
You will have demonstrable experience leading major projects in consultancy or contracting firms, ideally as a Project Manager, but possibly as a Design Manager, Project Engineer, or Project Leader. Your background is likely technical—engineering, construction management, environmental, or consulting.
You hold qualifications in engineering or project management, with a strong understanding of large, complex construction or engineering projects. You should have commercial and contractual acumen, particularly with NEC contracts.
Through your previous roles, you will have built trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders and mentored less experienced team members. You will uphold our company values, especially prioritizing our people and clients.
