CRO Corporate Services Limited, also trades as CRO Info and operates as a supplier of UK and International reports and registry documents, legal information services, and company formations and corporate secretarial services mainly to the legal and accountancy professions. The business was established in May 1993 and has experienced substantial growth in recent years, with offices located in Bramhall, Cheshire, and Taff's Well, Cardiff.
You will be part of a small team working in a busy and sometimes pressurised environment, and you will need to quickly familiarise yourself with internal procedures, operating systems, and the business in general, while assisting with the department's day-to-day duties. The successful candidate will ultimately gain comprehensive knowledge of UK and International company reporting and registry document procurement, as well as other information services and products.
We are an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). We are very excited about the opportunities this creates for our team and the business. Evidence from companies that have already transitioned to employee ownership indicates significant improvements in motivation and performance, as employees have a financial stake in the business. We see a very bright future for everyone involved.
As an Employee Ownership Trust, CRO will offer employees a yearly salary of £25,500, with the opportunity to earn life-changing amounts in addition to their basic salary. The potential structure of the EOT additional payments (subject to profitability) is as follows:
· £2,160 tax-free bonus (or pro-rated amount) in the first year of employment.
· Additional £360 tax-free bonus for each subsequent year up to a maximum of £3,600 after five years.
· As soon as outgoing shareholders are paid off, all employees will share in the total distributable dividend payment each year. Net profit is estimated to consistently exceed £1 million per annum and is expected to reach full capacity in approximately 7 years, or sooner if net profit continues to rise.
· Discretionary interim dividend payments may be paid per annum in amounts agreed by the board of directors.
