We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistants to become part of our warm, inclusive, and forward-thinking specialist school in Rotherham.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Support pupils with SEND in both group and one-to-one settings.
* Assist in the planning and delivery of creative and differentiated lessons.
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistent support.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND.
* A caring, patient, and resilient nature.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
