We’re looking for an onsite Recruitment Business Partner to join our Guidant Global team in Staffordshire, supporting a busy manufacturing client account. You’ll play a vital role in delivering the full recruitment and onboarding process and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
* Run multiple assessment centres and presentations to groups each week
* Welcome candidates, deliver introductions, and complete Right to Work compliance checks
* Conduct 1–1 interviews and support offer decisions
* Coordinate pre‑employment medicals and accompany candidates throughout the site
* Lead on‑site inductions twice weekly, including presenting to groups
* Support allocation of new starters across various site locations
* Manage recruitment administration including paperwork, onboarding packs, Excel trackers, and system updates
* Work closely with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly
* Work on‑site daily
