We are proud to be working with our prestigious client who, due to expansion, is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage and grow customer relationships across Health and Pharmacy channels at national and regional levels, with a focus on Greater London. This will include 2 days in the office in Surrey and 3 days mixed between client visits in London and WFH.

Responsibilities for the Key Account Manager:
* Collaborate closely with the Head of Retail and cross-functional teams to deliver channel strategy
* Translate strategy into account plans aligned to commercial targets and category growth
* Develop, negotiate, and deliver annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key retail partners
* Identify and onboard new retail partners in line with channel and geographic priorities
* Build business cases and proposals to secure listings and expand distribution
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
* Act as the main point of contact, ensuring consistent account management
* Plan and deliver promotional calendars and in-store activations
* Analyse sales and ROI to optimise performance, engagement, and growth
* Deliver account reviews, reports, and forecasts to stakeholders
The person for the Key Account Manager:
* 2+ years’ experience in Key or National Account Management with proven commercial results
* Experience managing national/regional retail accounts (ideally Health, Pharmacy, or OTC)
* Strong experience negotiating and delivering Joint Business Plans
* Experience with major UK pharmacy and health retailers
* Experience in retail promotions and trade activation
* Strong analytical skills across sales, market, and shopper data
* Health, Beauty, or Wellness experience (desirable)
* Omnichannel retail experience (desirable)
* Full UK driving licence
* Commutable to Greater London, with travel to Surrey HQ (~2 days/week)
