Sales Support Executive We are working with an established company renowned for its range of products it provides to the quarry, recycling and FMCG industries, to recruit for a Sales Support Executive to join their sales team. The role is full time, based in Craigavon, there is an attractive salary and a competitive bonus on offer for this role. As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations by assisting the sales team, managing client interactions, and providing administrative support. The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for: Building strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact for product, order, and delivery information. Providing exceptional customer service, addressing client enquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Checking stock ability Assisting the sales team with order processing, quotations, and customer enquiries. Managing CRM system and ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Administrative duties Coordination with internal departments (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure timely order fulfilment. Preparing sales reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings. What you need to have for the Sales Support Executive position: Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role Experience with advanced automation systems or electric motors would be desirable but not essential Strong communication and organisational skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Use of Sage would be desirable but not essential Ability to work independently and within a team.
