Job Description:
How we make the difference in Regulatory and Risk
Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you need to start your career effectively. You'll develop your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver value to our clients from the beginning.
The work is interesting, varied, and high-profile, especially in today’s economic climate where clients and regulators focus heavily on risk and regulatory issues.
You can expect to work in areas such as:
* Modelling and Model Risk Management: Addressing potential adverse outcomes from errors in business and financial models, working with clients on development, validation, and governance, including learning coding languages and supporting climate and credit risk modelling.
* Financial Risk and Resilience: Supporting clients across prudential regulation, ESG, and insurance risks with services like assurance, deal support, and optimization.
* Wholesale: Assisting wholesale clients with challenges like conduct risk, risk transformation, internal controls, and non-financial reporting regulation.
* Retail: Focusing on retail clients, involving conduct, consumer protection, operational resilience, and CASS, across various sectors like asset management, insurance, and banking.
Growth Opportunities: The three-year programme helps you build experience and develop expertise in risk management, supporting your pursuit of the FRM certification.
Teams: Working across multiple teams advising on regulatory compliance and integrating sustainability into risk management to make a positive impact.
If you are curious, resilient, and agile, you could thrive with us.
Application Process: Details on how to apply or learn more about the process.
Entry Requirements
We value diversity and encourage all qualified candidates to apply. Generally, you should demonstrate the following qualifications:
* GCSE Maths Grade 5 or B
* GCSE English Language Grade 5 or B
* 120 UCAS points from your top 3 A Levels, excluding General Studies
* 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline
We also consider applications with slightly lower grades or points, reviewing them holistically, including socio-economic background and extenuating circumstances.
Training and Development
We invest in your growth through a comprehensive curriculum, including an induction, training courses, leadership sessions, online resources, and networking. The programme supports studying for the FRM certification with flexible online and in-centre courses, providing extensive support to help you succeed at your own pace.
