Care Coordinator
Location: North Coventry & Bedworth
Salary: £25,500-£27,000 (depending on experience)

What You'll Be Doing
As their new care coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of their service; balancing empathy with efficiency. Your role will include:
1. Designing thoughtful, travel-aware schedules for our Care Assistants
2. Matching clients with the right Care Assistant and arranging warm introductions
3. Responding to last-minute changes with calm and clarity
4. Building strong relationships with clients and staff alike
5. Maintaining accurate records in our scheduling system
6. Supporting recruitment and staffing needs
7. Occasionally delivering care when needed, ensuring continuity and trust
8. Participating in on-call duties on a rota basis
What they are looking for:
To thrive in this role, you'll need solid experience in domiciliary care and a proven track record coordinating rotas and care schedules. You should hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, and be confident working both independently and collaboratively. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as the role involves travel across North Coventry and Bedworth.
