As a Software Developer, you’ll play a crucial part in building and optimising web applications, ensuring scalability, security, and top-tier performance. You’ll work with Laravel, MySQL, and modern front-end technologies to create innovative solutions that support business growth.
Responsibilities
* Develop custom PHP (primarily Laravel) applications and modules, ensuring high performance and security.
* Optimise MySQL databases, including schema design, indexing, and query optimisation.
* Implement data migration tasks to transfer and synchronise data across systems.
* Integrate third-party APIs to enhance application functionality.
* Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.
* Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure software reliability.
* Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
* PHP & Laravel: Solid experience developing applications with Laravel.
* Database Management: Strong knowledge of MySQL, query optimisation, and database design.
* Version Control: Experience using Git for collaboration.
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
