Child Missing Education and Elective Home Education Support Officer
We are looking for a self-motivated and adaptable administrator to join our friendly team within Child Missing Education and Elective Home Education Team for Warwickshire County Council.
About the Team: We are a busy team who work with other key partners within the local authority as well as schools, external agencies and members of the public.
About the Role: We require someone who has the skills to provide comprehensive administrative support as well as the confidence to respond to enquiries from external sources, providing guidance and signposting where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the team.
* Respond to enquiries from external sources, providing guidance and signposting where appropriate.
* Access sensitive and confidential information relating to children within Warwickshire and record information on their files using different ICT systems.
Key Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal sensitively and professionally with a range of people.
* A good standard of English (written and verbal) and Maths.
* The ability to problem solve effectively and efficiently to support vulnerable children and young people.
* A wide range of effective communication skills in a variety of contexts and media.
