Job Description
3. Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and statutory financial statements.
4. Maintain general ledger integrity through reconciliations and journal entries.
5. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for projects and operations.
6. Ensure compliance with UK tax regulations (Corporation Tax, VAT).
7. VAT return and reporting
8. Coordinate year-end audits and liaise with external auditors
9. Monitor cash flow and working capital, including capital expenditure tracking.
10. Develop and maintain financial controls and processes for accuracy and compliance.
11. Provide financial insights to support decision-making and project evaluations.
12. Drive process improvements and system enhancements for efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant (Reporting) should have:
13. Experience in financial reporting in either industry or practice
14. Current studying ACCA, CIMA, ACA
15. Strong communication skills
16. Desire to work in a social, professional working environment
17. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
18. The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
