Salaried GP (£10,500+ per session dependent on experience)

Main duties of the job
In accordance with the practice timetable, as agreed, the post-holder will undertake duties including:
* Surgery consultations, telephone consultations, and home visits
* Checking and signing repeat prescriptions
* Dealing with queries, paperwork, and correspondence promptly
* Contributing to extended hours coverage through occasional evening sessions
* Assessing patients' healthcare needs
* Making autonomous professional decisions regarding presenting problems
* Screening for disease risk factors and early signs of illness
* Developing care plans with patients, following current disease management protocols
* Recording clear, contemporaneous consultation notes
* Prescribing appropriately within formulary guidelines
* Providing counseling and health education
The post-holder will be expected to perform all normal duties associated with a GP in primary care.

Qualifications
* Fully qualified GP eligible to work in NHS General Practice
* MBBS or equivalent
* Registration on the National Performers' List
