Are you a Multi Skilled Joiner based in or around the Ellesmere Port area? Do you have a clean driving licence? We offer a competitive salary of £32,985.00 per year plus on-target earnings.

Your Role
* Remove, relay, or lay new, flag work. Undertake small-scale groundwork.
* Repair, renew, or fit roofing trusses for traditional, hips, and valleys, and repair or renew soffit, fascia, and barge boards.
* Repair or renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G.
* Repair or renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards, and ducting panelling.
* Repair or renew kitchen units, worktops, and decorative finishes.
* Repair or renew timber and UPVC window frames.
* Complete works in other construction trades including patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling, and minor groundwork activities.
What We Need from You:
* Must have completed a recognised Apprenticeship with NVQ Level 2/Level 3 qualification.
* Experience working as a Multi Skilled Joiner.
* Competent in all aspects of the Joinery trade discipline.
* Plastering trade discipline (desirable).
* Ability to perform multi-skill trades, with experience in core joinery or groundwork, ideally within a social housing environment.
* A current driving licence is essential.
* Skilled workers should hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness, and possess their own tools.
