Care Support Assistant – SEND School (Full Time, Temporary)

£92.56 - £105 per day (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications )

The School and Role
This large, well-established SEND school in Birmingham is looking to appoint proactive Care Support Assistants to support pupils aged 2–19 with a range of complex needs. Rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, the school offers excellent facilities and a highly supportive team environment. The role involves supporting learning, personal care, mobility and daily routines, helping pupils to access education in a safe and nurturing setting. This full-time position is long term with potential to become permanent.
Requirements
The desired Care Support Assistant will have;
1. Experience in a care, support or residential setting
2. A willingness to support personal care and mobility needs
3. A proactive and positive approach
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills
5. A passion for supporting young people with SEND
