About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, highly organised Operations Support Officer to provide end-to-end administrative and operational support across the business. This role is critical in keeping daily operations running efficiently, strengthening systems and processes, supporting data-driven decision making, and enabling teams to perform at their best.

This is a hands-on, office-based role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys ownership, and wants to grow into a broader operations or coordination career.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the business
· Manage incoming calls and enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
· Maintain accurate data entry, records management, and digital filing systems (OneDrive)
· Coordinate shared calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics
· Take meeting minutes, track actions, and follow up to ensure completion
· Manage office supplies and purchasing to support operational continuity
· Support financial administration using Xero (invoicing, reconciliations, reporting support)
· Support workflow tracking and task management using
· Prepare reports, analyse data, and identify trends to support informed decisions
· Improve, document, and maintain systems, procedures, and workflows
· Identify opportunities to automate and streamline office and operational processes
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong internal relationships
· Ensure compliance with documentation standards and internal procedures

Skills & Experience
· Experience in administration, operations support, or office coordination
· Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
· High accuracy with typing, data entry, and record keeping
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
· Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills
· Ability to work independently and problem-solve proactively
· Understanding of basic accounting principles
· Experience using Xero and is highly regarded
· Comfortable working in cloud-based systems and digital workflows

Package & Benefits
· Salary
o Entry/developing level experience £24,000-£27,000
o Mid level experience £27,000-£30,000
o High level experience £30,000-34,000

· 4 day working week, 39 hours Monday to Thursday, 7.00am until 5.15pm
· 28 days holiday which equates to 7 weeks
· Full time employees work 180 days per annum which is 49% of the year
