As our new People Business Partner, you'll have the platform to influence, inspire, and drive real change across our South West region. This is more than a HR role - it's your chance to make a measurable impact on our people and our business.
What You'll Be Doing
* Partnering with Directors and Managers to deliver forward-thinking people strategies that directly support business success
* Leading the way on change management, talent planning, engagement, and organisational design
* Coaching and empowering managers to be great leaders, building a positive workplace culture and boosting retention
* Managing employee relations with confidence and fairness, in line with employment law
* Using data and insights to drive smarter, people-focused solutions
* Support sites across the South West Region & One Site in Clyde, Scotland (Remote Support. 2/3 Site Visits Per Year)
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who:
* Has proven experience as a People Partner or equivalent senior HR role
* Can confidently deliver on change projects (restructures, TUPE, engagement, reward)
* Understands the commercial landscape and can balance strategic and hands-on responsibilities
* Is a strong communicator, coach, and influencer at every level
* Brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and thrives in a fast-moving environment
