Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm
We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator on behalf of our client based in Oldbury. This is an excellent temporary:to:permanent opportunity for an organised and reliable individual looking to join a busy office environment.
The successful candidate will provide general administrative support to the team and assist with the smooth day:to:day running of the office.
Key Duties:
Processing customer orders and updating internal systems Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email Dealing with customer complaints and escalating where necessary Data entry and maintaining accurate records Filing, scanning, photocopying, and general document management Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department Responding to emails in a professional and timely manner Assisting with general office administration duties Maintaining customer information and updating databases Supporting colleagues with administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Previous administration experience preferred but not essential Good communication skills, both written and verbal Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
