Your Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant: Support pupils in the classroom, both one-to-one and in small groups. Assist teachers with lesson preparation, delivery, and behaviour management. Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff. Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging learning atmosphere. Requirements: Experience working with children in a school or educational setting. A calm, supportive, and proactive approach to helping pupils. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to support pupils with additional or special needs. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
