Duties

* Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially, adhering to data protection regulations.
* Handle incoming calls, responding to inquiries and providing information about services offered.
* Process payments and manage billing inquiries with professionalism.
* Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the day.
* Assist in managing inventory of office supplies and dental materials as needed.
* Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area for patients.
Skills
