Responsibilities
* Spend your whole shift with the person you support, making the biggest impact on their lives
* We provide training, support and personal protective equipment in your role and help you develop your career with us
* Support individuals to live as independently as possible and participate in activities aligned with their goals
* Work with a team to ensure a safe, positive, and respectful environment for those we support
