The Role
We’re hiring a Technical Implementation Lead to operate at the intersection of enterprise integrations, technical strategy, and customer partnership- owning outcomes, not just execution. Must have full working rights in the UK.
This is more than delivery. You’ll lead the technical direction end-to-end, driving successful implementations and acting as a trusted advisor to customers.
Working within a high-performing POD, you’ll steer complex integrations, influence architecture decisions, and ensure delivery excellence.

You will
* Learn the ins and outs of the Moveworks platform and configure all features of the platform
* Lead technical implementation of the Moveworks platform for new customer deployments.
* Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, their system environments and IT infrastructure
* Set up and test integrations between Moveworks and supported enterprise applications such as ITSM platform (ServiceNow, JIRA), IDAM (Okta, Active Directory, Entra ID), Knowledge Management (SharePoint, Confluence, Google Drive), and chat platforms (Teams, Slack)
* Troubleshoot integration and deployment issues, working cross-functionally with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
* Document configurations, integration steps, and testing outcomes for ongoing reference and scalability.
* Partner with Implementation Managers, Moveworks Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), and Product teams to deliver smooth and timely implementations.
* Continuously improve implementation playbooks and best practices to enhance speed and quality of projects.
* Work with customers senior stakeholders (enterprise architects, IT leads, process owners) to ensure successful implementation of Moveworks in their environment
* Lead a team of Implementation Engineers and oversee successful end-to-end technical delivery of implementation projects
You Will Thrive in This Role If You
* Have 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Senior Customer Success Engineer, Senior Solution Engineer, Senior Implementation Engineer/Lead or Senior/Staff Forward Deployed Engineer
* Have5+ years of experience implementing system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
* Have an understanding of enterprise ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk) and IDAM solutions (e.g. Okta, Active Directory) and experience integrating with them.
* Deep hands-on experience designing and integrating solutions across ServiceNow (including ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Now Platform, etc.).
* Have hands-on experience in administering and deploying enterprise applications, and familiarity with IT infrastructure and large SaaS platforms
* Proficient in at least one backend scripting or programming language (e.g Python, Java, PowerShell, or Bash) and exposure to Linux and Windows environments, using the command line
* Are passionate about understanding customers’ use cases, identifying gaps and resolving issues using the products you know
* Are comfortable managing multiple customer projects in parallel.
* Have Excellent communication & presentation skills. Ability to translate technical matters into business-friendly language.
