Role Responsibilities: What to Expect as a NurseryPractitioner:Create aSafe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange roomsto encourage children's growth andlearning.Lead Educational Activities: Plan anddeliver activities that support children's physical, emotional,intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early YearsFoundation Stage (EYFS).Key Person Role:Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong familyconnections. Required Qualifications:What We’re Looking ForLevel 3 (or above) qualification in EarlyYears Education. Proven experience in workingwith children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhoodeducation Skills: Good communication capableor, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to applyknowledge of child development to plan and deliveractivities.
