We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HSE Pilot to join our busy manufacturing plant in Farnham, North Yorkshire, HG5 9JR. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with safety regulations, supporting incident investigations, and promoting a culture of safety across our operations. Responsibilities
* Advise Site management on HSE topics.
* Ensure deployment of the Group HSE system and support / coach all department to achieve an effective operational deployment.
* Support other functions in implementing their preventive and corrective action plans.
* Coordinate implementation of Global compact action plan.
* Ensure compliance with HSE regulations
* Update periodically (monthly and quarterly) site’s senior management committee regarding HSE topics (trends, progress, delay…)
* Develop employees awareness communication related to HSE
* Develop risk assessment (work, chemicals, ergonomics) and support / coach site’s management to update documents
* In charge of environmental topics (wastes, permitting, discharge monitoring);
* Support management team on accident investigation and management of HSE action plan
* Coordinate implementation of fire prevention action plan (insurance) with site’s management
* In charge to manage periodical worker exposure monitoring
* Coordinate with HR department HSE training
* Provide HSE refresh training according to Treves group standards
* Implement emergency plan and organized periodical drills.
* In charge to develop HSE induction training for new employees,
* In charge of HSE reporting to site management and corporate
* Advise site management regarding new product line and installation of new machine
* Participate to internal cross audit with other Treves sites regarding ISO 14001 &45001 certification
* Actively participate to periodical calls with HSE group
* Organize special event to promote HSE to employees
Requirements
* Proven experience in health, safety, and environmental management
* NEBOSH Certification
* Excellent report writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise documentation.
* Ability to perform root cause analysis effectively to identify underlying issues contributing to incidents or hazards.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Good communication skills to communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
