Talent Acquisition wants to be better positioned to drive a depth of partnership with the business function leaders across all segments in this area of focus and transformation. The role of the Talent Acquisition is to attract, engage and acquire the best, most diverse talent to enable sustainable business growth and, where applicable transformation. To deliver in this Talent Battleground, TA needs to reorganise in an agile structure bringing Recruiters, Sourcers, Recruitment Marketing and Administrator resources from across the markets to work together. The TA Lead will manage this global team and be a point of contact for function leaders and P&O BPs.
The Administrator will support the team lead with the day-to-day logistics of interviews, hiring and assessment for positions across the globe. This will work with the PMO to maintain demand trackers and ensure roles flow Into the team and are assigned to the right DDT TA Partner.
