As an Administrator at Hyde, you will provide proactive and flexible administrative support across our Property Services function, ensuring excellent customer service. You will manage customer enquiries related to property service works orders, act as an escalation contact for customers facing property repair issues, and collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to resolve queries efficiently.
Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the Property Services Team across a full range of service areas.
2. Manage customer enquiries and act as an escalation point for repair issues.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to investigate complaints and implement corrective actions.
4. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all customer interactions.
5. Complete call backs to gather customer feedback and record data for service improvement.
6. Manage and maintain multiple mailboxes and diaries for Hyde resources.
7. Contribute ideas to improve customer service and enhance overall customer experience.
