About the Opportunity
Join Logisnext UK Ltd, part of the global Mitsubishi Logisnext Group. We’re expanding our service team and looking for a Field Service Engineer to support customers across the Milton Keynes / Bedford region (within a 30–40 mile radius)

Requirements
What you’ll be doing
As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be home-based and trusted to manage your day while delivering excellent customer service.
Your work will include:
* Servicing, repairing and maintaining a wide range of material handling equipment
* Diagnosing faults on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and engine systems
* Installing or commissioning new machinery where needed
* Managing your workload and keeping accurate service records
* Supporting customers to keep their operations safe, reliable and productive
Every day is different — this is a role for engineers who like autonomy and variety.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a mechanical engineer with some electrical experience. Previous field service experience is an advantage, but full product training will be provided.
Essential:
* Mechanical engineering background with some electrical knowledge
* Experience working on mobile machinery or similar equipment
* Valid UK driving licence
* Practical knowledge of: electrical drive & control systems, diesel/LPG engines, hydraulics, and computer-based diagnostics
Great fit backgrounds (we welcome applications from):
Automotive technician, HGV/LGV/PSV, plant/construction equipment, agricultural machinery, REME, roadside recovery, forklift/materials handling, or field service (any industry)
