We are looking for an experienced Lead Structural Engineer to join our team on a full-time, long term basis (Employee or contractor). This role is based in Aberdeen and offers a flexible hybrid working model. Key duties: Focal Point for engineering activities Identify the scope of work required Input to project plans Identify areas of concern during any project or study Produce cost- effective engineering solutions that are fit for purpose, safe and add value Ability to address operational and maintenance issues in the design and liaise with colleagues for the best solution About You Our ideal candidate will enjoy team working, will be customer and quality focused, can use their own initiative and will be responsive to our business and client needs. We’d like you to have a degree in a relevant subject and significant previous experience in detail design with an understanding of other disciplines. You need to have experience and an interest in working with AutoDesk products and will have experience in managing and developing others. There will be the opportunity to work in other locations, both on and offshore so candidates may need you to travel and hold the relevant certification to do so.
