Healthcare Assistant (HCA)
Location: West Sussex
Pay: £13–£16 per hour (depending on experience)
Shifts Available: Day, Night & Weekend shifts
We are currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support clients across West Sussex. This role is ideal for caring, reliable individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and are flexible with shifts.
Key Responsibilities

Providing personal care and daily living support
*
Assisting residents with mobility, nutrition, and hydration
*
Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ condition
*
Supporting nursing staff with care delivery
*
Maintaining a safe, clean, and respectful care environment
*
Following care plans and health & safety procedures
Requirements
*
Minimum 6 months UK experience as a Healthcare Assistant
*
Valid Enhanced DBS
*
Mandatory training up to date
*
Good communication and teamwork skills
*
A compassionate, professional, and dependable attitude
