Role Overview
* Coordinate a team of operatives throughout the PM shift
* Oversee picking, packing, and outbound logistics
* Maintain performance against KPIs and shift targets
* Ensure team members follow correct procedures and safety standards
* Encourage and support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
* Engage with warehouse management systems and robotic handling tools
