About the Role: As a Support Worker in a specialist educational setting, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children and young people with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Your role will involve working closely with teachers, educational professionals, and therapists to help our students achieve their full potential. You will provide support both inside and outside of the classroom, assisting with learning activities, personal care, and social development.
