Paralegal - Private Law Team
Location: Birmingham / Office Based
Salary: £28,000+
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our busy Private Law Team. You will work closely with two solicitors, providing essential support on a varied caseload including:
* Divorce matters
* Financial settlements
* Child arrangements orders
* Non-molestation orders
* Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting solicitors with case preparation and management
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence
* Conducting legal research
* Liaising with clients and third parties
* Managing and organising case files
Requirements
* Proven experience in family law (essential)
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
* Strong attention to detail and discretion
