Job:
Providing timely, accurate, and efficient service to clients' Vendors & Suppliers by checking and processing new business documentation against specific credit and product criteria. Ensuring prompt payment to Vendors & Suppliers in line with business procedures, policies, objectives, and Service Level Agreements, while adhering to all company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Striving for service excellence for Vendors and End Users, ensuring SLA targets for payout turnaround and quality are met.
* Reviewing documentation for compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies, and accurately processing information into our mainframe IT system.
* Understanding and processing all product offerings by ELS across markets.
* Handling Vendor/End user issues promptly, taking ownership through to resolution and successful agreement activation.
* Building and maintaining relationships with Vendors and internal departments critical to our services.
The Person:
Seeking a candidate who enjoys challenges, a busy workload, and a varied role. Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, willingness to go the extra mile, and good math skills are also required.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, between 8am and 6pm, with variations such as 8am-4.30pm, 8.30am-5pm, 9am-5.30pm, or 9.30am-6pm.
