Job Title: Graduate Recruitment Manager

The Graduate Recruitment Manager will oversee all aspects of the firm’s London graduate recruitment programme, including developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing candidate attraction and selection processes, coordinating vacation schemes and training contracts, ensuring compliance and reporting, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Branding & Marketing: Manage all graduate recruitment marketing, including promotional materials, digital presence, careers fairs, and campus events.
* Campus Ambassadors: Oversee ambassador recruitment, training, and ongoing activities.
* Vacation Scheme Recruitment: Handle applications, assessment centres, interviews, and offers for Spring and Summer schemes.
* Vacation Scheme Delivery: Organise onboarding, timetables, seat allocations, and day-to-day running of schemes.
* Trainee Selection: Manage post-scheme interviews for annual trainee intake.
* Insight Days: Coordinate the First Year Insight Day, including attendee selection and event delivery.
* External Partnerships: Maintain relationships with third-party platforms.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main contact for graduate recruitment, working closely with the partner-led Graduate Recruitment Committee.
* Data & Insights: Provide analysis on applicant flow, conversion rates, and ROI to inform strategy.
* Line Management: Manage and develop the Graduate Recruitment Coordinator.
About You
* Minimum 5 years’ graduate recruitment experience in a London law firm.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Strong organisation and planning abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Skilled at managing multiple processes and competing priorities.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels.
* Proven leadership and mentoring capability.
