We’re working with a fantastic specialist setting in Doncaster that supports children with a range of additional needs—including autism, ADHD, and speech, language, and communication difficulties. They’re looking for a reliable, empathetic SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team.
You’ll be supporting pupils across the school, helping them to feel safe, confident, and ready to learn in a setting that puts inclusion first.
What your day might include:
* One-to-one and small group support during lessons
* Encouraging communication, independence, and emotional regulation
* Working closely with the SENCO, teachers, and therapists
* Supporting routines, sensory needs, and behaviour with calm confidence
Who we’re looking for:
* Someone kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about inclusion
* Experience working with children or young people with SEND (or relevant personal experience)
* Confident managing behaviour and following consistent routines
* A team player with a flexible, proactive mindset

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
