Our mission: to enable businesses to grow and reimagine themselves by becoming advocates and champions for their Customers. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the formulation of a 3-year growth strategy, understanding market dynamics, monitoring trends, and supporting business opportunities and risks identification. You will be involved in all project stages—from discovery to analysis and delivery—and explore synergies with dunnhumby and Tesco's strategic priorities.

What we expect from you:

* Interest in corporate strategy, growth frameworks, and change management
* Strong analytical and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders
* Business acumen, including financial planning and business models
* Proficiency in data analysis and basic modeling (market sizing, pricing)
* Critical thinking and synthesis skills for business recommendations
* Ability to manage projects from discovery to delivery
* Excellent storytelling and communication skills for diverse audiences
* Interest in media and publisher landscape, including key players and technologies

What you can expect from us:

We offer a comprehensive rewards package, flexible working hours, and perks like your birthday off.
