We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Breakfast Supervisor to join our team at Ramada Plaza in Wrexham.
Full time hours available from 6am - 3pm predominantly Monday-Friday with the occasional weekends. Working pattern can be discussed at interview.
Reporting to the F&B Manager your main duties & responsibilities will be:
* Oversee daily F&B operations across various outlets like restaurants, bars, and event spaces.
* Work to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly financial targets by managing costs, maximizing productivity, and monitoring sales and budgets.
* Ensure that all service, hygiene, and health and safety standards are met, conducting regular inspections and maintaining cleanliness.
* Manage inventory, including ordering stock, performing regular stock takes, tracking waste, and handling cash procedures.
Staff and team leadership
* Supervise, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
* Create and manage staff schedules on shift and delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
* Conduct performance reviews, offer coaching, and assist with hiring and induction processes for new team members.
* Act as a leader by setting an example and fostering a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.
Customer service
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent, attentive service and anticipating guest needs.
* Receive, respond to, and proactively resolve customer feedback and complaints in a professional manner.
* Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, especially for event and hospitality functions.
* Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests promptly and courteously.
* Support bartending duties, including mixing drinks and serving beverages as required.
* Help set up and break down catering events, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, and bar.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for guest satisfaction.
* Ensuring uniform is clean and well presented.
* Delivering a professional attitude at all times.
* Working in line with all hotel procedures.
