We are currently looking to recruit a passionate Pastry Chef to join the kitchen brigade in this luxury 4 star hotel. As Head Pastry Chef will work with a team four in pastry producing all the hotels desserts, afternoon teas and baked goods.

The Person
The ideal Head Pastry Chef will have the following:
* Previous experience as pastry chef Sous or
* Hotel or restaurant experience beneficial
* Fresh food kitchen experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Live locally and ideally have your own transport
