What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting adults with Dementia, Epilepsy, diabetes, and Learning disabilities.
* Providing 1-1 and at times 2-1 support.
* Promoting positive well-being.
* Participating enthusiastically in their likes and wants.
* Maintaining and developing community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
* Providing personal care.
* Females only due to service requirements.
* Please note this is to cover maternity leave for 9 months.
Who you are:
* Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
* Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
* Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure.
* Quick learner, hands-on, and willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
* Shifts may vary each week depending on service requirements.
* Hold a valid manual UK driving license.
