Job Summary
Harley-Davidson is an iconic brand. Creating iconic products, unforgettable experiences and serving a passionate community for over 120 years. The EMEA region is strategically important part of our global business, with an established dealer network and significant commercial contribution.
This role will work across all six EMEA markets and manage a small team in each. Developing and delivering integrated marketing plans that drive brand awareness, generate leads and coverage, and ultimately increase sales. It is a key point of contact to global functions as well as the wider EMEA sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate is a creative and data-driven individual with strong leadership qualities, communication skills and commercial acumen. This role is a key leadership position in the EMEA Marketing function and reports to the EMEA Marketing Director.
Job Responsibilities
• Strategic owner and author of the EMEA Marketing Plan, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and commercial priorities. Accountable for driving sales growth across motorcycles, parts, accessories, and apparel within the dealer network.
• Provide direct line management and strategic oversight to market-based teams, acts as a sounding board to address local challenges, and coach individuals to balance local market needs with broader regional priorities.
• Drive daily integration and cross-border coordination across EMEA markets, championing the sharing of best practices to ensure consistent, aligned, and high-impact execution.
• Marketing representative in all EMEA cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution forums, advocating for marketing priorities, identifying strategic opportunities, and ensuring marketing is fully integrated into regional commercial initiatives.
• Primary liaison for multiple global Marketing and Communications teams, responsible for advocating EMEA strategic priorities while translating global strategies, frameworks, and outputs into regionally aligned plans and actionable initiatives.
• Accountable for the development and regional adaptation of marketing assets, ensuring alignment with EMEA strategic priorities, brand standards, and market-specific requirements.
• Lead the EMEA PR strategy - leveraging the strength of the Harley Davidson brand, product and community to drive KPI led market plans (reach, sentiment, coverage quality) across endemic, lifestyle and mainstream. Serve as project lead for region wide press experiences, mobilising cross functional teams and overseeing end to end delivery for impactful, brand aligned execution.
• Oversee, coordinate and enhance Dealer Marketing strategies, plans and investment across EMEA. Including ownership of the EMEA Asset Management System and Dealer Marketing Portal.
• Driving cross-regional integration by collaborating closely with APAC and LATAM teams to align messaging, share insights, and identify operational efficiencies that support global consistency and impact.

• Significant experience managing and delivering large scale high impact marketing plans and campaigns at scale
• Must be able to work within a highly matrixed organization. Building large, agile, and cross functional teams that evolve based on specific needs of any given project
• Commercially aware and literate – able to interpret commercial needs or opportunities into tangible marketing strategies and plans that meet them
• Agency/supplier management – multiple agency relationships and contracted individuals
• Senior internal stakeholder presentations, management and alignment
• Demonstrated excellence in leading people and creating a positive culture. Welcoming and inclusive interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building successful collaborative relationships.
• Strong understanding of digital-first omnichannel approach to reaching and influencing multiple consumer types in an evolving marketplace
• Large and complex budget management
• Experience in high volume and complex project planning
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience
Preferred
• Experience working in motorcycle or automotive industry
• European languages (in addition to English) would be advantageous
