As our new Outpatient Sister, you’ll be a key leader within this dynamic and fast‑paced setting. Key Responsibilities As an Outpatient Sister, you’ll play a key part in the daily running of our busy department. You will: Lead and support senior nurse team across allocated outpatient areas Ensure safe, effective and compassionate care Oversee smooth clinic operations with consultants and wider MDT Uphold clinical governance standards, including CQC and NMC compliance Support staff development, appraisals, training and wellbeing Contribute to quality improvement, audits and service development initiatives This role is perfect for a confident clinical leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experience.
