Band 4 - 37.5 hours per week. 2 year fixed term/secondment opportunity.
The Property Administrator is responsible for the efficient and effective management of the Doctors residential on-site accommodation. The post holder will also support the Contract Performance Manager and lead on and develop auditing processes to ensure Project Co’s compliance with the relevant Service Specifications as set out in the Project Agreement including administrative duties for the wider team. This role will involve dealing with stakeholders at all levels as well as a full understanding of contractual processes.
This is a highly professional role which requires an eye for detail and a methodical approach to tasks, excellent IT, communication and organisational skills as well as the ability to prioritise your workload.
Responsibility
* Manage the accommodation budget, ensure income and expenditure is correctly allocated and achieve the annual income target. Report results and any issues to the Contract Performance Manager monthly.
* Manage the Trust’s onsite residential accommodation, ensure allocation is in accordance with user requirements and meet priority demands.
* Issue Tenancy Agreements, Tenancy Licences and Tenant’s ‘Notices to Quit’ documentation. Ensure the associated Terms and Conditions are fully understood and adhered to by the Tenants with regular checks of the accommodation.
* Manage the Accommodation key management system and issue keys to new residents including lost/damaged keys. Manage procedures and make arrangements for the keys to be returned on vacation of premises.

This is due to the position not meeting the minimum salary threshold of £41,700 per annum and the required skill level set by UK Visas and Immigration.
