Responsibilities
* Active participation and vigilance regarding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.
* Regularly maintaining contact with sellers and buyers on a weekly basis to ensure their needs are met.
* Facilitating communication among solicitors, mortgage lenders, surveyors, vendors, and purchasers.
* Thoroughly verifying the transaction chain and adeptly resolving any issues that may arise.
* Diligently advancing sales processes to achieve successful completion.
Qualifications
* Possesses a history of successful sales experience.
* Desires to become part of a thriving and expanding enterprise.
* Seeking an engaging role characterized by dynamic challenges where daily experiences are ever-changing.
* Innately excels in interpersonal interactions, deriving enjoyment from customer interactions, and consistently delivering exceptional service.
