Role description As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a key role in the user experience design process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the end-to-end user experience design process, from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and user testing. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into design solutions. Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user needs and behaviors. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users, advocating for best practices in UX design. Support and collaborate with the Product Design Manager and other team members on design projects. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and contribute insights to the broader team. Organisational Design The Senior UX designer is working under the Product Design manager Experience required 4 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects. Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is a plus Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc. Experience conducting user research and usability testing and translating findings into actionable design insights. Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
