Key Requirements
* You will have an engineering degree and/or equivalent engineering expertise gained within a building environment.
* You will have demonstrable experience in management and delivery of the Capital 50 plan.
* Proven financial and budget management skills.
* You will possess sound knowledge of delivering sustainable and environmentally friendly initiatives to support WMC’s sustainability strategy.
* Have the ability to proactively collaborate with a wide range of partner internally and externally to WMC.
