Pentagon Talent are delighted to be partnering with a leading international law firm to recruit a detail‑oriented and experienced Legal Cashier to join their high‑performing Finance team based in Glasgow.
As a Legal Cashier within a global practice, you will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day financial operations of the business, ensuring compliance with Solicitors’ Accounts Rules (SAR) and internal policies, whilst delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Process all domestic and overseas payments of funds from both client and office accounts.
* Complete client bank reconciliations to agreed timetables.
* Post appropriate ledger entries for all client and office funds receipted into the firm’s bank accounts.
* Monitor and action transfers between client and office accounts in line with SAR and internal procedures.
* Support with Money Market, Treasury and FX transactions.
* Deliver a professional, efficient and friendly service to all internal and external clients, ensuring service standards are maintained.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships across the firm and with external contacts.
* Review and maintain balances held on client accounts.
* Undertake ad‑hoc duties as required to support the finance function.
